Note: Items must be 4.5 inches or less in width unless they can be squished or folded, such as soft stuffed animals or clothing. We highly recommend soft items for the best results to ensure a perfect fit inside the balloon.

If your item is firmer or larger, an upgraded cardboard tray is recommended to provide extra security. This helps avoid damage during transport and keeps your stuffed balloon gift looking perfect throughout the process.

Cancellation Policy: We offer a full refund minus a 5% transaction fee if cancellations happen more than 48 hours before your event. This provides flexibility should your plans change unexpectedly.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours before your event, we provide store credit usable toward future purchases. Note that custom print orders become non-refundable once sent to print due to their personalized nature.

Our cancellation policy ensures fairness while accommodating changes in your plans. It balances customer needs with our production requirements for custom orders.
